Dial *#06# or look in device information. An EID is an indicator of eSIM support.

Is Add eSIM available?
Look for Add eSIM in cellular settings or SIM manager.

Is the device unlocked?
On iPhone: Settings > General > About > Carrier Lock. For other devices, check with your carrier.
